    Default Fat Burners

hi im looking to lose some weight, at the moment im just under 13stones and am about 5 10", ive been weight training for about a year, ive bulked up quite abit, but now i want to have more defined and toned muscles, also i want to get a 6pac, recently ive stopped doing weights (3weeks so far) and have just concentrated on cardio and i will start doing weights again at the start of july after ive lost some weight, but one of my friends told me about fat burners, i dont really know much about them, but could someone guide me to some good ones, ive found these so far

    http://www.affordablesupplements.co....asp?prodid=749

    http://www.affordablesupplements.co....asp?prodid=414

so which one of these would you recommend, also because im 16, could there be any problems?

also by me taking these will it also reduce my muscle mass as well? i dont really want to loose what ive worked hard for, but if it makes my muscles more defined i would be ok with it

at the moment im doing about 30mins of exercise everyday, from the punching bag, skipping rope, running, biking and abs workout
i dont do all of them everyday but about 2-3 exercises a day?

am i heading in the right direction?

Im using redline at the moment, i can vouch for that, its a combination of stimulants and diuretics.. and a seditive.

If you going to the gym, take it 10 mins or so before you start to work out, and you'll have so much energy when your doing weights.

If your doing cardio with it, know when to stop, because this stuff just keeps you going.

Makes me pee a lot, been on a strict diet and routine last week and my weights gone up by 25kg (no joke), noticed some improvements.

Dont want to hype it up too much as it might not give you the results you want, but for me, its been awesome.

This stuff is to be used in conjunction with diet and exercise.

This gets my approval!! And will be buying more (when i can afford it).

Sida is ok, it just gives you a little buzz (nothing a good cup of coffee wont do), but its a cheaper alternative.

And yes, if you dont continue to do weights, you will loose muscle with any type of supplement (if you dont eat more protein that is).

Ephedrine is not available in the UK legally unless you know someone

Sida cordifolia contains "Ma Huang" which is basically ephedrine, but not as potent.

ok got another question (sorry im very dumb lol) can the sida also be used in conjunction with a protein supplement, when i do start training again?

also whats the best one for getting more defined muscles, alot of people are telling me to go for nitro tech?

    http://milleniumfitness.com/musclete...h/ingredients/

what your opinion on it? and is there anything better?

Yes you can use a protein supplement with sida.

Go for a powder made by: MetRX, SAN Nutrition even holland and barret stuff is pretty cool.

No particular powder will give you more defined muscles, diet, exercise and plenty of hardwork gets you that.

Or, my new favourite, Instone (sly stallones new supplement company).

Aye, sida is good for keeping you awake, dont use it just for that purpose as they do get a little bit addictive.

I know where to get ephedrine from tatt
