Default Bank Holiday at Skipton (Castle)

Well I knew it would happen that after a nice weathered Bank Holiday we'd have all the camera lovers posting there images on here. So I wont let the side down and i took about 260 pictures today and have been experimenting with B&W too as I seem to find that although its easy peasy to turn your colour stuff into black and white I just find that sometimes they look better taken in B&W??
These are all untouched straight from the camera.
    First my fave Panoramas!

    Skipton Castle from the front

and again the same shot but not the same picture it was completely re taken

The Gate House from outside (Vertical Pano ooooh thats a first for me )

    again from the inside

Skipton Trinity Church (No its not a bent Pano if you look the bit on the right doesnt match but it was a late extension in the 16th Century and seems to dip in the middle but its just the ground! Honest

Same again in colour (different shot though)

I have taken lots more so expect to see em I have some nice B&W shots of my sisters dog that the dog lovers on here may like, why is it that boxer dogs take such nice pictures

Some nice pics there. B&W always seems to add a certain something to photos.

Christ that brings back memories (1984) .

I used to drive around Skipton in an army four tonner whilst doing my driver training.

We used to go in a little cafe there for our dinner.

Do army trucks still train there from the military driving school at Leconfield ?
