Might help us if you say what type of box is it? And what type of service is it used for, e.g Satellite, cable freeview?
Because it is in the cable forum, im guessing it is a cable box, but you never know!lol

well it is a d14001 cable box all finished just obviosly wont boot up becouse stuck on tune ,
