      Serious Urgent Help Requested

      Posted in D & D to get maximum viewage, if that's a word.

      I need to know if anyone is experienceing broadband problems in the Derby area. I've been rung by my sister who says the net just collapsed on her around 10:30 this morning. They've swapped out routers but still no joy.

      The exact area is Swadlincote near Burton and they're on 1mb Pipex.
