only admins can do it, methinks there may be some special service if you are a VIP maybe
i have seen members getting it changed with some begging, but tbh joining in feb and only having 11 posts, i dont know what your chances are like

When i wanted to change mine i had to provide a naked picture of my girlfriend to the site for approval.

When approved just PM ABCMan or 4Me2 and they will change it for you - not without consent from the rest of the board though.
