XBMC screen resolution prob.

Hi lads,

When I was using the original composite lead on my xbox (to scart adapter) I had no trouble watching vcd's on my xbmc. I've recently got a decent joytech multi connection lead and am now inputting through s-video.

Problem now is that my 352x288 vcd's that filled the whole screen with the old composite cable are now just a little small box in the middle of the screen!!

I've changed no setting and can't seem to find any options to make the xbmc fill the screen with the image. I did see a setting to use gui resolution for video playback or soething like that but it appears you can't select it to change it.

Any ideas lads?

one of the buttons on the controller changes zoom settings, can't remember off hand which it is, just try them all, this is when you are playing a movie

wahey!

I initially thought you were talking about the white button that scrolls through 'stretch/zoom/original' etc. This button only worked on some files and only brought up the time counter at the bottom on others. Just found that its the yellow button and you then go down to the picture of the camera which brings up zoom amount etc. Strangely it was already on 1.0 but small. I then moved the slider to the right one place and then back to 1.0 and it stayed fullscreen? Odd but now working!
