Marvel to sue over X-Men ripoff

I havent heard much about this Zoom film.... but it must be close to the mark for them to launch a law suit...

Marvel Enterprises and 20th Century Fox are suing Revolution Studios and Sony Pictures Entertainment for copyright infringement and unfair competition, claiming that the Sony/Revolution film Zoom has taken a number of key elements from the X-Men graphic novels and films. The lawsuit was filed yesterday in California. It alleges that Zoom, which stars Tim Allen and Chevy Chase and is based on Jason Lethcoe's graphic novel Zoom's Academy for the Super Gifted, borrows heavily from the X-Men mythology.
