v525 quite earpiece help please

i have a motorola v525 and when someone rings me and is talking they get quiter and louder and this is starting to happen all the time my question is

does it just need a new speaker put in and if so has someone got a link to get one and of course is it easy to put in. i have had this phone apart to replace a screen a long time ago and i can solder fine boards also is any motorola speaker the same as i have a old v300 which the daugher washed and is totally knackered now.

you can increase the volume of the earpiece using p2kman software you have to install your usb drivers for your v525 i presume you have a data cable if so.

download this this is the latest p2kman commander very good software can edit your sounds, ringtone volume etc.
