Best Graphics Card For Dual Display Set Up

Hi I have just orderd my 2 19" Dell Monitors yeah baby wooot.

I know my current graphics card is crap and I am going to upgrade just want to know what I should be looking out for when it comes to buying a good one for dual display purposes. Also just to add I play games like Half Life 2 does this mean that if I am playing this on one screen the quality of the other screen will be greatly reduced?

Do U have a PCI-express slot or AGP?

I'd go for the GT version if U can afford the extra.
