Default Information on those tricky questions during interviews

    http://www.careerjournal.com/jobhunt...ichardson.html

Information on how to overcome tricky questions during an interview, and also how to deliver across to the interviewer your abilites / strengths in a professional way.

    Example of situation

'Leo, I'm not sure I understand the thrust of your question, and I certainly don't want to appear evasive or unresponsive. Could I ask you to tell me a bit more about what issues or concerns you'd like me to address?'

During an interview few weeks ago i had to use the above statement as i couod not get to grips with the question i was asked, so i had to deliver a response other than ' what you on about' which is what i really wanted to say. With the stress of the interview and the nerves some people may come up against a question which at the time appears tough but as your walking away from the buidling / interview becomes so easy, so the above link expands on this matter more and how to walk away with confidence.
