Has anyone joined the google earth community?
Guys on there are adding overlays for area 51 and submarine bases etc. just click on the help button and use the link saying 'Google Earth BBS'

Also, as a side note about Microshites version... the M$ version still has the fucking twin towers on it, and they;ve also rather haphazardly (yeah fucking right) not included Apples HQ at Cupertino, but instead it's just lovely big open fields.

virtual earth is a different ball game altogether tho.. thats in direct competition with google maps.

the google earth app pisses all over both google maps and virtual earth, but google maps also pisses all over virtual earth.

has anyone had a look at virtual earth yet? its fucking shite. not only is the majority of it in black and white, but the images are over TEN years old in some cases. microsoft fucks it all up again in yet another case of hyping utter shite.

ps crags, they are also missing a massive chunk of area 51.
