I have searched for this and couldnt find it:

Just after lunchtime, one afternoon in nursery school lil infant susie trundles back into the classroom from the playground. The teacher asks yound susie what she did during her break. "Well I plyed in the sandbox" says susie. the teacher replies, "If you can spell sand I will give you a fresh baked cookie." Susie thinks for a second, says "s.a.n.d....sand!" Then gets her cookie
At this point young billy walks in and the teacher asks what he did. "I played in the sand box with susie," he says. "If you can spell sand I will give you a cookie," the teacher says. So Billy does and gets his cookie
Then little fat kid kenny waddles in, and the teacher asks what he did at lunch time. Kenny sobs, "Well, I wanted to play in the sand box with the others but, but Billy and Susie threw rocks at me because I am fat!" Horrified, the teacher says, "Well, that sounds like discrimination to me! "If you can spell discrimination I will give you a cookie."
