    Help Application Help Please

I wondered if anyone could help at all... Maybe someone who has experience in interviews, or even an HR manager who can kind of help me with some of the questions. I need to be given this opportunity but i dont want to answer the questions in the wrong way...

Edit - Thanks for all the help

I work in HR myself but it's more in Operations rather than Personnel/Recruitment. (Though I did this for a short spell, was required for the role I wanted)

Not got a great deal of experience with applications forms so I can't offer you much support with that. A bit different with a CV though, do you have to supply one with it? I underwent some training around reading and writing successful CV's... I uploaded some on here last year as examples (For IT Management). If you need some help in writing a CV then let me know, for a recruiter having a good CV really gets you recognised.

Hi, I don't currently need a cv for this, last year I applied for this, which I did need one, but this year they gave out application forms.

Yeah no problem - strip your personal details from it. If it's the sort of role that we recruit for, I could chuck you some examples of successful candidates too. (Minus the names, addresses, etc)

If you could supply a CAM4 user name and show time I'd be more than willing to help. I'll also consider a pvt show, but I'm not that token'd up so don't expect miracles. For your info, I'm an HR director for a major multi-national who reads CV's on a daily basis between CAM4 sessions and I've got a 95% successful placement record.

    Call me.
