Full Conversion of my K750i to W800i (With Pics)

so, when i get my k750i, im still in full time education so dont have much money lol, but could i:

Upgrade the firmware on my K750i to the firmware on a W800 and still have the same fascia etc on it???

and then at a later date put the w800 fascia on it??

yep thats exactly what you can do, you can have the fone flashed to w800 firmware, the facia is just an added extra if and when you wanna put it on

ok, thats fine then, sorry to ask, but how do i put the firmware on, and where do i get it???

also, if when i get my k750i, add the w800 software, when i slide the shutter for the cam open, will it activate the camera still even with w800 software?

The actual hardware can be bought for about £45 inc delivery m8.

As for the operations fonetech will be able to tell you that.

I am an eager beaver to do this, but cannot find the compatible w800i files for the USB Smart Tool.

As soon as the files are available though I will be doing this without the fascia as I dont like the one I have here.

I really like the Orange middle of the w800i and the black front/back of the k750i. There is a pic on the SE-NSE post link above.

Think im gonna wait until just the orange middles are availavle and convert mine into a custom k800i, lol

yeah, the little buton next to the light slides a lens cover in place.

I dont know about that as I always use Bluetooth m8.

Hi m8, apparently if you use "R1K001_CID36" firmware there are GPRS bugs. But if "R1L002_CID36" firmware is used there are no GPRS bugs.
