    Default Zone Alarm

Does anybody know which setting on here might stop me viewing pictures and signatures. I've narrowed it down to Zone Alarm, being as it works properly when Zone Alarm is off.
I'm using fiefox but it does the same on ie as well.

    Hi Lin

Does it only happened on DF, or does it happen on other forums ?

If it only does it on DF have a look through Zone alarm for something related to DF, can`t check as I`m not using zone alarms.

You could always try a different FW as a test, I use sygate personal.

I did have the same problem as you but that was my own stupid fault I`d checked something in my User CP on DF.

Sorry I can`t be of more help.

Unfortunately I don't go on many forums with pictures, I'll just nip over to Modshack to check, thanks.

    I can't find anything suitable!

    Hi Lin

Were you able to view sigs etc on modshack?

If not there might be something in ZA to prevent images loading, though I`d have thoght it would stop a lot more that just the bits that don`t work for you.

I`m off to bed now (early start tommorrow).

If you haven`t had any success by the time I get in tommorow I`ll try and reinstal ZA and have look see (no gaurantee I`ll find anything).

And now, when I click on a thread I haven't been to before, and ZA is active, this is the kind of view that I get.

It's the latest ZA Security Suite. Very expensive program. Allegedly.

Check your ZA logs. You might find imagevenue (67.18.131.202) is being blocked; if so, just allow it.

I've just deleted it and reinstalled bit defender, but that won't interface with Outlook anymore, even though the plugin is there (it won't stay selected when I click on it)

I might just reinstall ZA and give it one more go.

    Hi Lin

Have you got it sorted yet.

I can`t find anything in ZA (only got the freebie one..which maybe different).

It`s almost certainly something real silly.

Well, lots of thanks to all, I've reinstalled ZA ss and by a tedious process of elimination I worked out that it was AD blocking that was stopping some pictures showing (it thought they were ads, but for what, I don't know)

I can see the original pics I was trying to look at so I just need to browse around and see what else I need to fix.

    Thanks again.
