UKonline packet shaping newsfeed

Hi,
Noticed this weekend that I wasnt getting my usual 2meg speed from my news provider. I thought it was a prob at the provider end as my port 80 http downloads were fine.
Turns out after i tested a few things that it appears ukonline are restricting my feed on nttp packets. Fortunately easynews offer secure tunneling on nttp and after switching to snttp my speeds are back to normal. As far as I am aware no uk isp can detect what you recieve through a secure feed so they cant packet shape.

Yeah. I noticed this as well this weekend with bittorrent.
Couldn't download at more than about 20-25k at best on a 2Meg line.
Turned encryption on in azereus & speeds are back upto normal

secure news could still be shaped if on the default port 563
