    Am i right in saying aswell if somebody buys the item ebay dont charge him any fees relating to the delivery charge.

    Yes the final value fee is charged on the final selling price of the item ie what it is bidded upto, thats how most of the people that import from china make there money on all the USB stuff with a £24 pp

    yup old trick, also watch out for postal insurance, which people are putting up quite high these days and it is hard to spot as you have to scroll to the bottom of the page and its in small print
