Is it version 3 that I need to get this working? Also, I need the GPS reciever, is there one that is better than the best?

I use tomtom mobile 5 with my nokia 6630, got a cheap bluetooth gps off ebay for £50 but there are much better ones available for about £80 - 100 i think. They contain a certain chip wil lpost when i find it.

sirf 3 is the chipset - i think fortuna is a good make. Think you can get em cheap from BST-secure.com if your a member - a few ppl sell em in the gsm section other than that ebay.

Any probs with software let me know and i will send via msn if u want?

I'm using TomTom Mob 5 and the Fortuna Slim GPS with my 6630. Cant go wrong with the Fortuna. It can pick up satellites indoors. Highly recommend it if you are willing to pay £100.

Thanks for the replies. I have got an Ipaq with TomTom5 with a bluetooth reciever, would that be compatable with my phone (the reciever)?

Yep, that receiver will work with your phone and tomtom mob 5.
