Default Nokia 6600 and no idea

I like the idea of this new section.
I have toyed with the idea of satnav for a while and think my cheapest option would be to use my nokia 6600, but that's as far as i have gone, reading the post of gunners, am I looking at the same set up ie tomtom 5 mobile and a bluetooth gps.
after i get set up (if i get set up) what are the running costs, does your phone need to be connected to use i know the phone must be on, as i said i really have no idea, so any help advice would be appreciated
    cheers :thumbs

    hello mate
i use tomtom 5 on my nokia 6680 i bought
    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/16-channel-Blu...QQcmdZViewItem

you will need a 128 meg mmc and the software which ian sure you can find :whistle
these are your only costs, there are no extras on your phone bill as all the info comes from the gps bluetooth

    hope this helps a bit

Get a 256mb card instead. I had tomtom on my 6600 on a 128mb card before I sold it. I had enough room for Tomtom including 1 celebrity voice and 3 apps installed (fscaller, fexplorer
and breakout) and had 40kb free on the card.

It's up to you. 128mb will be cheap but you won't have any room for photos apps and other bits.

Top advice that, I have a 256mb and it's ample unless you want to fill it with MP3's otherwise 256mb is the best choice, totally agree with you.
