Best place to buy Norton AV??

I know it's not the sort of the question usually asked here but i'm gonna buy Norton AV.

My laptop has got the usual 3 month free trial. I want to continue this but i'm not sure whats the best way to go.

Buy new retail pack from PCWorld - I know, I know but they seem to be cheapest.

Buy retail online direct from Symantec - no doubt the trial will offer it soon.

Buy an upgrade online from Symantec - I do have an older version but it doesn't seem to ask when you go to buy. Surely there would be checks.

Buy elswhere.

Is 2006 due out soon?

All I want is the cheapest and most seamless changeover.

Forget about Norton, use anything elso barr this. It slows hogs too much system resources. Try using PC-Cillin from Trend.

Speed doesn't concerne me too much, my system runs Norton now and is adequatly fast for me.

I kinda got used to using Norton, I used to use PC-Cillin many years ago but I suppose it's a classic example of big brand winning.

Dude when I bought mine a while ago I surfed the web to the symantec official site and bought it via the American site as opposed to the UK site and took advantage of the exchange rate.

Mind you you will have to have a US zip code, but that ain't hard to get
