Default A Pretty good phone deal.

www.onestopphoneshop.co.uk are offering what seems to be a good deal, I went for it anyway....

    http://www.onestopphoneshop.co.uk/index.php?&B[0][next][0]=&B[0][network]=orange&B[0][tariff]=OT100&B[0][handsetcode]=ORAK300I

It's on Orange with a competitor tariff (Vodafone's) they are offering 11 months free line rental on a 12 plan and it's 22 quid per month.

So your only paying 22 quid for the phone.

The deal is by redemption over the 12 months in 3 stages (seems to be the norm now)

I'm not a heavy user, so I like to look for the deal's that are cheap if not free

I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to mobile phones . It appears to me that the phone will cost £11.50 / month for 11 months and then £23 for the 12th month since you still have to pay the tarrif of £11.50. Is that right?

    yea its a bit confusing...

you pay 11.50 for the first 3 months then 22 quid there after for 12 months.

During the 4 - 8 - 12 month you will get your money back via redemption

    hahahaha yea confusing....

11.50 for 3 months then 22 quid for the remaining 9 months... lol

    Well well...

I have to say, be careful if you order anything from this company.

They will tell you, that you have to take the insurance on the phone, as it comes with a 3 month free insurance, and all you have to do is phone the insurance company to cancel.

THIS IS A LOAD OF BOLLCOKS.

firstly you don't need to take the insurance, (stated clearly on the website) so tell them to stick it, even if they push you.

secondly.... You cannot phone the insurance company to cancel, you can only write to them, and you have to do it within 14 days...

    Wankers.

I am still taking the phone, which was meant to be delivered today but they failed... *___* So I should be getting it tomorrow.

Any more of this shit and it's going back.

onestopphoneshop had problems with deal changing when i got phone be careful when getting deals,

If you order phone they can change deal at any time until you get your phone without having to tell you says in terms and conditions

Plus had to pay delivery to return phone.

i got a phone from one stop phone shop last year. They are twats. They were supposed to send me a referal voucher for 20 quid which i never received even after ringing them several times and i had to wait 3 months for a bluetooth dongle. They also give your details to loads of company's. I must of got 20-30 company's ringing me to offer me deals on phones. Just gone back to the high street to get myself a k750i. Got a good deal too. You just need to haggle with them to get similar to a net deal.

When I first got my phone I had to send it back because the screen was faulty. I had to pay for it to be returned (Utter bollox!) Dont go near them!

0845...you are still paying for the call.

    try this...

    http://www.saynoto0870.com/companysearch.php

Enables you to find freephone numbers.

    Onestopphone shop is

    0800 0345678

that way it costs them and not you.

PS I have found a cracking phone deal.

PM and I'll let you know. Don't want to post it here as the link I've got is a referrer ref, but if you are interested...could split it.
