    Are they both internal?
Would it just be best to hook them both up, get the new one recognised under your operating system, then just drag all of your files onto the new one?

Or are you on about having the OS on the 160gb drive?

    Shooooooo-ryuken!

    Norton Ghost, job done!

    PS
Dont go for Ghost 9 because it isn't Ghost at all, it is shitty Drive Image in disguise.

xcopy c: d: /e/h/k should do it but would personally use Ghost 8 or lower.

    There isn't a 'K' switch in XCOPY.

Also, XCOPY will not be able to make the new drive bootable, nor can it handle long (> 8 characters) filenames. If XCOPY does happen to encounter a long filename, it will simply truncate it (eg, Program Files will become Progra~1).

As stated, run ghost2k3 from a floppy. It recreates the existing partitions, resizing them as necessary, and duplicates the boot segment. Let me know if you want to purchase my copy. It costs 1 karma.
