Ford Traffic 3000 problem

Hi fellas I dont normally frequent this section of the Forum so hello

I was driving home from work the other day in My Transit that I use for work (Im a builder

) and all of a sudden my Radio just flashed up CODE---- at first I was confused and then I thought welll the Battery lead must be loose and bounced off on a bump, when I got home I checked it but it was completely solid not loose at all? Is this normal and can anyone tell me how I can Genrate the code using the serial number as I dont seem to have the code anywhere.

Remove the radio and on the side of it will be a serial number starting with M and 6 digits
post here that number for your code.

OK just got the serial number now so hopeflly I can listen to my radio again on the way to work tomorrow morning

It was on the top of the radio not the side???
