Renault/Phillips Radio Code

I hope its ok for me to ask this on here now but I have intrduced myself, had a look around & helped out where I could.

I have a Renault Megane & had to disconnect the battery the other day, I thought I had my code in the service book for the car but.....after i tried to input it I found that the garage that had sold it to me had given me someone elses book & the code is wrong for my vehicle.

The serial no is RN461FX607281 (I think!)

If anyone can help I would be very grateful, if not I will have to go & beat the man in the garage that sold me the car....lol

Your serial number is 1 digit short it should have 14 digits

(I think my boyfriends eyes need testing, must be his age eh!)
