    Help Wireless Network

    Hey guys..

I've just purchased a netgear wireless router to hook up my xbox and 2 pc's. My blueyonder connection is upstairs and my xbox and 1 pc downstairs. Since the blueyonder connection is upstairs ill also have to put the router there which is a prob as i dont have a wireless gaming adapter for my xbox and am a bit skint at the mo. I was just wondering if it's at all possible for me to have my router upstairs and maybe use ics on my downstairs pc and just cable it to my xbox for live?

    Cheers for any help.

you could use two Network cards in your PC, one Wired (to xbox ) and a wireless to your router. would take a little bit of configuring, but should work a treat. Alternat, run a Cable downstairs to xbox.

If you are going direct from your PC's nic to xbox, it will need to be x-over, if you are going via a switch, normal cat5 mate.
