yea i can
do some google searching and find Flash Saver, then you will need WinMPG Video Converter, i also use Imtoo Mpeg Encoder to convert the .avi file to .3gp
get those 3 programs and use them in said order and you can sort it out matey

EDIT: I've got as far as saving the flash file and converting it to avi, but the sound has become all messed up, I decided to try and encodse to 3gp anyway just for the sake of it, but it instantly fails everytime I try. Any ideas?
