Mac Help - DVD Studio Pro 4

I'm looking for an idiots guide to this program for someone who has never touched it before. (it's for me ^___^)

I've had a look around google but without much joy, are there any experts or someone with a guide to hand that can help me out?

edit: just found a tutorial pdf but it's for version 2..can't see there being much difference..could be useful..I can email it or up it on ysi...try also torrent search for DVD Studio Pro Bible..it's about 20meg..
