I have Club Toyota, which gives me the top RAC package for around £52.

Otherwise I would have Britannia Rescue.

I use RAC unfortunately. If I had a choice I would have probably choosed the AA.

Never used the AA but not really heard any bad experiences from them.

used to be with the aa till they started to bolox around with their membership crapit used to be the car that was taken care of with ultra polite uniformed blokes who would even salute you as you drove past with your aa badge affixed to the front bumper (yes i still have a real aa badge not one of those yellow square things), problem was they changed it to being the member that was covered rather than the car, but in my family it was always my car that was most likely to break down so whilst i was covered if i was out in a nice new car, anyone who was driving mine was fucked if they broke down.

i switched to rac for one year after that but tbh they were hopeless compared to the aa so i switched back to the aa again untill they left me stranded in the centre of leeds for the 6 hours it took them to turn up after that i thiought fuck it i'll get a carphone and if it breaks down i can either abandon it and get a mate to pick me up or for a minor fault just call out a garage.

over the next few years only issues i had were a flat tire that took 4 policemen jumping on a scaffold pole to loosen the wheel nuts so i could replace it (they pulled over thinking i was upto no good) and an overheating issue on the motorway solved with piss till i got an egg to crack in and a few bottles of water at a local supermarket nearby.
