Question Office 2002 SP3

I need to share all my office details with my laptop(Calander Emails Notes etc), I have a wireless network and have looked into delegating a user but this will only allow me to read and change files whilst connected, I need to use the laptop whilst out and about Is there anyway of doing this?? I would like to have any data added of either pc or laptop to be syncronised upon the laptop regaining network is it poss??

To use the data (Outlook) whilst out of the office you will need to create an offline folder and tell the software which files you want to sync offline, when you come back within range of your wireless network and your laptop connects hit F9 to do a send/receive all which should sync all your folders.

Its all in the help file, search on offline folder:

Create an Offline Folder file (.ost)

    1.
On the Tools menu, click E-Mail Accounts, click View or change existing e-mail accounts, and then click Next.
In the Outlook processes e-mail for these accounts in the following order list, click Microsoft Exchange Server, and then click Change.
Click More Settings.
Click the Advanced tab, and then click Offline Folder File Settings.
    2. In the File box, type the path to the file you want to use as the Offline Folder file. The default file name is outlook.ost. If this file already exists, you are prompted for a new name.

You dont need the exchange server - that was just the sampleit gives, create the offline folder (seek in the helpy file) and you should be ok - let me know?
