Uwe Boll, the king of low-budget, low-quality videogame adaptations like House Of The Dead is going Postal. The director has optioned rights for the highly controversial 90s game from developer Running With Scissors. Apparently, he sees it as a cross between Pulp Fiction and Falling Down.
Postal caused a furore on its original release for encouraging the player to slaughter anyone they felt like, in a variety of comically unpleasant ways. A sequel featured the vocal talents of former Diff'rent Strokes child star Gary Coleman, who is set to appear in the movie as well.
