their system is shit, it only ever works when it's going smoothly.

they have no customer services, no support and generally dont do fuck all without it being automated. I guess you're innocient but if they are not gonna close the account just let it ride, I dunno if there's much you can do.

is it a open case in the dispute console or have u just been warned?
    I'm new to this

fake bidding to get your item sold for a higher price

there is a way to get your account reinstated, jsut bollock at them loads in an email saying how youve never don it etc and they will send you a form to fill in, (name adress etc) and basically promise not to do it again and your account should get reinstated

Cheers! I had an instance of that!
I wanted to buy a personal number plate from some guy who had a feedback of like 3 or something, and i lost the auction at the last minute. He said it was his brother-in-law bidding on it and he accidently won or something. He then expected me to go ahead with a second chance offer! I was like yeah like i'm gonna give you £600 of my money to send a form off to the DVLA and then I don't hear anything from you ever again! hehe!

ive got a really really thick mate, used a fake account to bid something up, managed to win it himself and then GAVE HIMSELF A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK MARK cos he thought it would stop ebay realising what he had done. It didn't

They only accuse you of Shill bidding if the IP matches from first the ip of the user who setup the auction and if it matches another user who bids thats it your barred for 30 days simple as that.

You get away with it if you use another id via one of those http anonymiser things though.

As far as shill bidding is concerned, just get a mate to do it for you..... :-)

ive only ever done it on items I forgot a reserve on and were going for an insanely low price... eg - 99p for a £250 table.

Often accidentally done from the same ip and never had any warning/ban?

if im honest i leave the reserve off to get interest and bids and then bid from work up to about the place i wanted the reserve at and then leave it, it has back fired on me once or twice with me winning but thats the risk,

if you end up accidently winning the auction just go through the non paying bidder form and put down that 'buyer and seller agree not to go through with it' , then you get your fees back from ebay......it works !!
