Just got into the newsgroup thing & I was wondering what are the DF members favorite Newsgroups. I guess it depends on what you're into at the time

I have spent most of my time looking at alt.binaries.games.xbox

Fuck knows.... i just look on newzbin. If there's summat i know is coming out in the next few hours i'll keep searching the relevant place (eg. alt.binaries.hedgehog.bukkake) with newsleecher.

err yes they do m8 all of them
a = alt
b = binaries
c = cd
i = image

in case you were trying a.b.x instead of alt.binaries.x

although the-terminal is one of the ones missing from newshostings webnews service its on the news servers for both unlimited and premium

mind you, I was searching using the Webnews page. Just filtered the list using Grabit & hey presto, there they are.

no worries, happy to help, as i say the-terminal isnt on webnews anymore although occasionaly it put in an appearence for a couple of days, just keep trying and once its there add it to your subscribed list and then you can access it from webnews

i just go newzbin, grab the nzb and download. much ezyer than trying to do it any other way
