Extracting DMG image files

I have a set of MAC DMG image files, these are recognisible as CD images by MACs. I need to extract them onto my Windows but can't :grr:

Have tried DMG2ISO and it didn't work, neither does TransMac.

Any ideas?

I've found another forum where someone was asking the same thing here, there are a few links and suggestions you migh wanna try?
