He should stick to the same starting eleven as the game against Poland.

Bridge - who has played hardly any games this season ---- WTF

I hate to say it - but how can he not pick Carragher, far more versatile a player and one who deserves a call up.

Nice to see Carra getting recognition from other fans, his form has been amazing for the last 18 months.

    That is a disgrace.

Carragher and Terry are the two best defenders (possibly in the world?) and defintely in the premiership at the moment. I havent know either to have a poor game in the last two years. Admittedly Rio and Campbell are awesome defenders, but Rios form has been patchy of late, and I think both are guarantees for the England squad in the Summer anyway.

Carra is 'injured' aka not wanted to be injured in a mindless friendly.

Kind of the same as Giggs is for Wales friendlies.

Crouch and Smith hope they dont get any where near the pitch clearly not good enough
Hope they play Carrick in that holding role and drop cole , shame really but Beckham, Gerrard and lampard are just too good to drop.

Svens forgot Carra! get in there .King, Rio, terry and Big sol should be more than enough Centre defenders, Carra is no full back

He's shite at the moment, he was half good before (at Southampton) and got a transfer to a "big" club based on his performance against them, but that doesn't neccessarily mean he will only be shite for us. He only dipped on a goal against Poland, if I remember, because of Beckhams remarkable defending for the opposition, he is more than capable of delivering a quality ball, and he is an obvious distuber of defences. What won't help him though, is the type of reception he got when he came on v. Poland.
    Apathy? can't be arsed.

Might have something to do with a shit load of chances and no goals. If those chances fell to Defoe or anyone else in the premier they would have buried at least a few.
