Is their a program to get rid of these? Ive tried the usall adaware, S+D etc but nothing can get them yet they pop up everytime I turn my computer on.

Ive tried software like spyware doctor but you need to pay to remove them

Have you tried HijackThis? Avail from http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/ along with other natty low-level tools for rooting out unwanted and undocumented malware. It is not as user-friendly as S&D etc, and not at all idiot-proof. It will remove what you tell it (esp when run in Safe Mode), and if you tell it to nuke a vital system file, then... ;-)
Best to have a look in the help forum on that site, where you can post analysis logs and the guys there will look over the runes.
