Thats some huge text you got there. I don't know, I don't even think they know but if you call them up and ask quite a few people have managed to get there accounts upgraded already... oh and the upgrade is to 10MB.

3Mbit customers will be getting the upgrades first, and they officially start in December.

It might be an idea to visit the Introduce Yourself section as well.

I got 10meg but it often drops to around 5-6 at the moment. I think its due to it being a trial. max ive had is 1172kb sec but last night i was only getting 412kb sec which is the lowest it has been
