WTD: Quiet AT Power Supply With Power Switch

If anyone has an old AT power supply it needs to be quiet, my current one is very noisy. It has to have a power on button connected to the power supply, and at least 4 power connectors for harddiscs etc.

If anyone has one lying around maybe in an old pc case that they don't want, it has to be quiet (barely heard if possible)
