Awesome place, love the view over the sea, the best i could afford is a beach hut over looking southend on sea.

Not quite the same when the tides out, just a load of mud

good location for a weekend place in the sun I spose, good sea views but I bet it isn't worth it's money, even if you can afford it. There's much better places to live in
