Laptop to LCD TV Problem

I bought an LCD TV for my daughter for christmas. The TV was a Video Seven LTV20E 20" LCD TV. Its quite nice and pretty cheap.

I want to plug a laptop into it and me being me never bothered to check if it had a vga connector on the back so I can plug a monitor directly in. Everyone I looked at had the VGA port. This one doesn't its got the following connectors.

SCART (RGB, CVBS in/TV out), SCART (RGB, CVBS in/AV out), S-Video, Composite

Where the hell can I get a lead that will go from the back of the laptop into one of these ports on the back of the TV.Monitor.

Any help would be appreciated.

Does the laptop have s-video output?

Nope only a standard 15 pin D Connector.

I've get every other cable you could have except one that will do this for me.
