copying encrypted file

I've been trying to copy some MP3 file off a friends PC, however they won't copy it keeps sayng the destination is full, this is not true as there is over 60 gig free. I checked the attributes and is has some sort of encryption on it tried to tick encryption off but still no joy and stayed encrypted.

Has anyone got any suggestion how to unencrypt thes files ? or just how to copy them?

the Pc is running XP i've tried to login as admin but this makes no difference.

I've had a look around and there is very little information on this, does anyone have any idea where I could look ?

Have you not got any more info? Can you send the file via ftp etc? Can you copy it and paste it into the same directory? Operating system/version? etc etc...
