Personally I'd go for a chilli and lime marinade, making this up, so may not be great, but hey worth a shot!

In a bowl, mix up the juice of 2 maybe 3 limes, about 3 tablespoons of olive oil, zest of a lime, couple of chillies finely cut up (seeds in for extra poke), bit of fresh ground salt and black pepper.. Put this wet sauce and the turkey leg in a freezer bag and leave in the fridge for a few hours. Roast as per intructions with all the bits from the bag on top (so they go caramelly and crispy)

OR just came to me.. Tandoori Turkey!

Need, tandoori curry powder, natural yoghurt, bowl.. Mix a load of curry powder into a bowl of yog. Get the turkey leg, slice it around 4 times on each side and marinade in the curry yogurt in the fridge for 24 hours.

    Again roast as per instructions

Sounds good to me... or with a turkey leg, you can even slice it up and use it for stir fry, make a curry with it, loads of things, you don't have to roast it whole if you don't want to.

WTD's put over some cracking ideas there though...

Apparently Mockney Olivers new book is doing the rounds on tinternet lol... someone from the publishing house emailed a copy to huis mate - who immediately put it on the net lol - ergo, the guy lost his job, and I now have a free copy of his book sitting in my Hotmail inbox

Haven't had chance to run through it yet, but it looks all good to me - even got all the pics etc.
