What software do I need for these files? This is a new file format to me.

Any help would be appreciated.

nzb files only download the headers specific to the file you are looking for . You can use them with NewzbinPro and GrabIt , no doubt there are other apps

yeah i use newsleecher. You'll also need access to newsgroups as well.
