hiya all

I got given a pace 4000 box with bk and ird digits written on the bottom theres a o/p funcard inside with a red dot in the corner, i was told it needs changing to my area as its from somewhere else, anyways i powered it up but nothing came on screen.

can anyone point me in the right direction with this ???

I have an old elvis and i've just ordered an infinity
I'm searching this and other forums now but thought i'd ask anyway ..

okey dokey
box and card seem ok

in the eng' menu is there some kinda date thingy to be updated?

am wanting to connect stb to pc
other posts have said to use
a - nokia data cable ( i dont have one)
b - serial to scart ( will take days to arrive)

my question now is

why cant a usb cable be used?
