    Default Firefox Tabbrowser Extensions

When using the above extension for firefox if i click on a search result from google (and the odd other site) it loads into a new tab even though it's not trying to open in a new window- i have obviously set new windows to open in a new tab and that's all fine.

DF, the register etc all work fine it's just google search results which fire into a new tab.

    Has anyone else noticed this?

    cheers, bm

I don't get this either, only thing looking at the options is maybe check if on 'User Interface' that 'searches from a search bar' is unticked

Make sure you haven't enabled "Open search results in a new browser window." on http://www.google.co.uk/preferences?hl=en
