I find the tell tale signs is that anyone that can train hard 5-6 times a week is suspect (not cardio but HIT), very vascular posture, acne on back and shoulders, and the fact they`re growing by the week. People that dont look any bigger than you but they`re lifting 3 times what you can.Originally Posted by andy257
