Another UTorrent question

I've set up port forwarding in my router and firewall and utorrent reports that the port is forwarded ok. However my downloads now seem extremely slow.
for example
seeds: 44(142)
peers: 55(130)

my download speed is approx: 4.6
my upload speed is approx: 34.6

my line is 8Mb...

can anyone help

Try limiting your max upload speed to say 30 - could be your maxing out your connection upwards so downloads won't come down very quickly..?

hi have u tried using bittorrent exsperimental client or bitlord i find these alot better than utorrent u can get bittorrent exsperimental from http://www.bittornado.com and u can get bitlord from http://www.bitlord.com hope this helps

try limit max outgoing to 5k when downloading. if you saturate ur upload, nothing will happen very quickly.

Not really a great seeder to leecher ratio either.

If all 142 seeds (or the leechers for that matter) are limiting their upload speed or are using their bandwidth for summat else, then 130 leechers won't get a good speed.

Public tracker per chance.....?
