Help christ, this is more complicated than i thought, help pls

    hi

having a few problms re-installing all the software on my dell 5050 dimension.

hd died two months after getting the pc so they sent me out a new one with all the discs, now my last pc had 2 discs and all you did was stick the 1st one in let it do its thing then stick the 2nd one in and bobs your uncle!

so i was expecting something as easy on this dell, oh no theres a bout 9 discs

i've tried to install it once but i had no sound and evrything was just not right (slow etc)

there doesn't seem to be any order to what i have t do? do i need to use all the discs??

is there anby way i can just stick the discs in and do anything so the whole things auto??

    its too complicated for me

    any advice

    P

We need a bit more info on this - what discs have you got for example ?

Personally I would drop there helpline a call or check the dell website to see if there is a rebuild guide.
