The Geisha on my forearm has been put in the latest editin of Skin Shots magazine (43), page 9 - a big old photo!! :banana4

Had some more work done on my sleeve earlier this month. Hoping to get it finished soon, just had my ACL re-constructed so I can't get out much.

I'm going to be corny as f@ck and get a spider web around my elbow. I think it will fit in nicely to help join the top and bottom sleeve.

Would fill it in, but personally would lower the look of it (overall)... Why not come up with something different? Webs on elbows are for chavvys which I know you arent!

Doesnt it also have prison/racial underlyings?

personally spiders webs arent my kinda thing but it would tie the top and bottom together nicely if it were me though id have a look in to one in relief so the web stays white/ skin coloured and the spaces in the web are inked in

either that or a big set of stars in side each other reducing in size each time to tie in to the sleave's stars

I have had terrible problems with healing on my sleeve. I want to keep it nice and simple using the least amount of thick lines and shading possible.

You are correct, work enforced a policy of long sleeve shirts at all times so I thought why not.

My elbow was too badly bruised by the time I got home. I'll take a photo when it has healed. It is healing very well, also had a few little touch ups here and there.

Here we go, props to the wife for managing to get the toaster in one shot. You might notice I didn't go for the "popular" style of cobweb, went for something a little different. I have left the 2 empty boxes open on my open until I can think of something witty to put in.



I will sleeve in the lower part of my other arm after the summer. I need to get fit and healthy again.

Not yet mate, I'm struggling with the design. I've spoke to the artist who designed the background incorporating the styles that I liked, which looks very very cool, but I need a main peice to be integrated into the design. Traditional japanese is the theme, I have been looking at koi carp, which v japanese but i'm unsure as i dunno if I want a fish on my arm.. Dragons are another idea, but v common and more chinese than japanese tbh...

Kinda stuck there, maybe a geisha or some kind of samurai, but I'm having trouble finding something I like or even having an idea of what i want!
