Default Drivers for Memory card reader

All, thanks for reading, I have a Fujitsu Laptop (FMV BIBLIO MG70M) which I recently reinstalled windows on.

There is an inbuilt memory card reader (takes sony, sd, xd cards etc) which has stopped working...

Does anyone know where I can get a generic driver for this from? Or how I can find out exactly what I need to get it working

    thanks for any help!

The only unknown device is a 'Other PCI Bridge device' and trying to update that automaticallly says it cannot find a driver...? Could this be it?

    Hi m8

    Download this & run it.

    http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html

It should tell you everything about you system, it might help identifying the card reader, if not still a nice proggy to have.

You need to install the chipset drivers.

With regard the card reader, you need SP1a or above in order for this to work.

It should of come with a CD with your machine. If not it should be on the mobo manafaturers website. My card reader was coming up with the question mark in device manager, I ran Windows Update and it picked it up with a new download from the hardware selection.
