Xbox 360 Delayed in Australia?

Received anonymous word earlier today that the Australian launch for the Xbox 360 is going to be delayed. Don’t know how authentic the tip is, but what the tipster says is that the launch for Australia, New Zealand and the rest of the region has definitely been pushed back about three to four weeks from March 2 to the end of March.

Official word should be coming any day. If it’s true, it really weakens Microsoft’s already-loose definition of the phrase “simultaneous global launch.”
